For over ten years, Erin served as a prosecutor, managing a significant felony caseload, honing her skills in assessing witness credibility, and mastering effective courtroom communication. She also supervised newer attorneys, guiding them in the art of persuasion and effective trial techniques. As an adjunct law professor, she instructed advanced courses on critical trial skills such as opening statements, cross-examination, and jury selection, equipping her to help witnesses deliver compelling and credible testimony.
Erin also spent over a decade as a civil litigator, representing crime victims and those harmed by others. This experience gives her firsthand insight into what resonates with juries and how to effectively present a client’s narrative, underscoring her ability to identify and leverage key information that influences juror perception.
An active member of the Bar, Erin served on countless commissions, boards, and committees and is a frequent speaker or guest lecturer for various legal education subjects related to litigation.
