Tyler Gross, Litigation Consultant with CogentEdge, has first-chaired more than 20 jury trials and has handled evidentiary hearings ranging across a broad range of issues. He brings to CogentEdge a unique background in having represented both individuals and state agencies in cases ranging from misdemeanor crimes to capital cases. Mr. Gross understands that high-stakes litigation can induce anxiety, fear, and doubt which may not allow a witness to testify effectively. As a result, he has focused his practice on empowering witnesses to speak their full truth, driving them to take command of their testimony and achieve successful results. Mr. Gross is a former prosecutor and graduated from Stetson University College of Law. He is also an officer in the US Air Force Reserve and graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 2010. Mr. Gross is licensed to practice in Florida. He and his family live in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
